England defender Jamie Carragher has backed coach Fabio Capello's decision to name the team hours before kick-off.  An error by goalkeeper Robert Green gifted the United States a goal to earn a 1-1 draw against England on Saturday. But Liverpool centre-back Carragher, who came on as a substitute in the Group C match, said Capello's ploy did not add extra tension before kick-off.
